ABOUT US

We provide specialist engineering consulting, contracting and project services to both private and public enterprises.

Blue Aqua Projects was established through a partnership of engineering and project management specialists who brought together years of experience in the mechanical, industrial instrumentation and electrical engineering fields within Mining, FMCG, Gas and Service Industries. Having worked for multi-national companies, we have experience in technical systems, equipment maintenance, system integration and working using both local and international standards like SANS, BS, EN, etc.

Our current track record includes the following:

Coega and Superway Construction

BAP has done repairs, service and installation of new equipment in Laundries, Kitchens and steam reticulation systems, as well as repairs of steam reticulation equipment like Calorifiers in Health facilities in the Eastern Cape.

Shumanie Business Services

BAP has done several projects with Shumanie Business Services, These projects range from upgrades of existing plants and the maintenance and service of existing equipment.

Business Zone

An upgrade and automation of water treatment and pumping station was done on one of their farms in Limpopo. This included implementing remote access and control of plant equipment.

SERVICES

Our primary focus is on maintenance support on HVAC, laundry, catering equipment associated with public service departments. We are also active in water treatment (potable and industrial) supply systems where we provide mechanical, electrical and instrumentation expertise. We also do fresh water and waste water projects.

Heating, Energy, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

Maintenance of ventilation, cooling systems in public and commercial buildings. Upgrades and new installations, maintenance of the Building Management Systems (BMS).We specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial air conditioning systems all Split mid-wall units, Cassettes, Under-ceiling, Packaged and VRV/VRF Systems.We supply Inverter units and non-Inverters (fixed speed) units.Blue Aqua Projects is an authorised dealer supplier and installer of Midea Air Conditioning units.

Electrical and Instrumentation

Industrial measurement and PLC systems set up, Repairs and reconditioning of electronic equipment: PLC cards, Printed Circuit boards, servo drives, Stockiest of old but still in use spares: Old & reconditioned PLC Cards for Omron, Siemens S5 & S7, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & Control Logix, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi & Yaskawa. Maintenance and upgrades of existing installations.

Refrigeration

Supply, installation, servicing and repairs of various leading brand name of Refrigeration Equipments.We do Multiplex and Simplex systems on coldstore, coldroom, freezer rooms, display cabinets, underbar counter fridges, mortuary cabinets, display chillers, island freezer.

Water Reticulation

General plant mechanical work and design, install and commissioning of water reticulation systems. Process systems and water pumps, gearboxes, piping, valves, pneumatics and hydraulics.

Mechanical Engineering

Mining smelter plants maintenance, bucket elevators, boilers, turbines, crushers, conveyer belts and general plant machine maintenance. We also do diamond core drilling from 16mm hole diameter upwards.
